Emery Lin, MD, is a gastroenterologist practicing in Center City Philadelphia. He specializes in esophageal disease including prevention and management of the complications of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and esophageal cancer. He also has dedicated training in the management of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, as well as colon cancer screening and prevention.

Emery Lin, MD, is a faculty member in the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He has specialized training in neurogastroenterology. Dr. Lin enjoys teaching and is interested in undergraduate and graduate medical education with a focus on curriculum development.

Research

Dr. Lin's research interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Barrett’s esophagus, esophageal cancer, esophageal motility disorders, medical education, and enhancing patient education and the patient medical experience.
