Gary Okum, MD, is an emeritus professor in the Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine, where he was involved in the education of medical students and residents, actively participating in grand rounds, case conferences, journal clubs and resident didactic conferences. He also developed a handbook for the residents' neuroanesthesiology rotation.
