Martin Glynn, MD, MBA, is a hospitalist practicing at Abington Memorial Hospital. Prior to coming to Drexel in 2011, Dr. Glynn worked in the Jefferson Health System, primarily at the Wilmington VA Hospital, as well as serving as director of internal medicine at what is now Mercy Hospital of Philadelphia.

His primary avocation in years past was coaching youth sports and the teams of which his four children were members. More recently his free time frequently is devoted to working through the ABIM recertification process in internal medicine and in rheumatology. He has come to realize that medicine is a great field of which to be a part: there is always someone to try to help and there is always something to learn. Working with medical residents makes it easier and more fun to do both.
