Drexel is currently experiencing a Canvas service disruption related to an active security incident involving Instructure, the company that supports the Canvas learning management system. Drexel is among a number of institutions nationwide impacted by this issue.

As a precaution, members of the University community are advised to use caution when interacting with any unverified Canvas-related messages, links, pop-ups or other suspicious content. Users should avoid clicking suspicious links or providing credentials through unofficial channels. Drexel will only communicate Canvas-related guidance through official University channels.

We understand that Canvas is an essential tool for coursework and instruction, and we recognize the frustration and inconvenience this interruption may create for students, faculty and professional staff.
