On March 31, 2026, Jamf Self Service on Drexel-owned Macs (and iPads) will be upgraded to Self Service+, a refreshed version of the app with a more modern interface and improved performance. Self Service+ allows you to install Drexel-licensed software and macOS updates on your Drexel-owned Mac.

What to expect

• The app icon and name will change to Self Service+
• A redesigned, more user-friendly experience
• The same apps, tools, and resources you already use will still be available

What you need to do

No action is required. The update will happen automatically on your Drexel-owned Mac.
