Intensive Medical Sciences (IMS) is a nine-month accelerated special master's program for individuals who have completed their pre‐medical prequisite coursework, achieved specific metrics in the MCAT and wish to enhance their credentials by taking courses equivalent in rigor to first-year medical school coursework.
The IMS program offers a conditional acceptance for matriculation into Drexel University College of Medicine's MD program, contingent upon successful completion of the IMS program with specific benchmarks. The program is located in the state-of-the-art Health Sciences Building in the heart of University City.
