Minor Student Residents (Under Age 18)

Students under the age of 18 at the time of application are required to have a parent/guardian co-sign the housing application. The parent/guardian will be emailed a link so that they can electronically sign the Housing Agreement on behalf of their student.

1. The student must add the name and email address of their parent/guardian in their housing application.
2. The parent/guardian will receive a link via email with instructions to sign the housing application.
3. Once the parent/guardian signs the electronic housing application, the student may return to complete their application. Sometimes, this will require the student to exit and re-enter their housing application.

Once the agreement has been signed, the status will change from "pending" to "complete."
