Wellness is about maintaining good health in mind, body, and spirit. And you should never feel intimidated to reach out and ask for support in regards to your own mental and physical health. Among others, the staff members in the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, and other Counseling and Health offices are all dedicated to helping you reach your wellness goals.
