Student Life values the holistic learning and development of its students. We believe that practical, hands-on learning can be the most beneficial experience for students. Because of this, we offer a number of opportunities throughout the year for undergraduate and graduate students to learn about higher education and student life through paid positions in offices across Student Life.

Resident Assistants
Resident Assistants (RAs) are staff members of Housing and Residence Life. Living in a residence hall is an essential part of student learning and engagement and RAs are critical in developing a community that fosters this experience. RAs works under the direction of the Resident Director (RD) of the assigned building. Success of the residential population is dependent upon the performance and commitment of each RA in fulfilling their role and responsibilities.
