Housing Deposit

A housing deposit is required to access the Housing Application and before a housing assignment is released to a student. A new housing deposit is required for each academic year that a student is living on campus. A housing deposit must be processed and recorded by all posted deadlines.

The deposit for current students has been waived through May 15. Current students are encouraged to apply for housing by May 15 to take advantage of this opportunity.

Submit a Housing Deposit

There are three methods for submitting the housing deposit:

Online (preferred method)

Via DrexelOne, select the Billing + Financial Aid tab, then "eBills." Select "Deposits" from the top menu bar.

  1. Select "Fall Quarter" from the drop-down menu. Please select the fall term for all housing applications, regardless of which academic quarter or semester you are starting at the University.
  2. Then, select "Housing Deposit" from the second drop-down menu and proceed with online instructions.
  3. Allow 2 business days for processing.

NOTE: The Housing Deposit is required before the Housing Application will become available to you in the Housing and Dining portal. Allow 24–48 hours for housing deposits to process.
