Single Rooms

On rare occasions, Housing and Residence Life will offer Single Room Buyouts, which allows a student to "buy out" their double room as a single room. Please note that there is a buy-out fee that will be applied for each quarter you are living on campus.

When a single room buy-out is available, the student will not receive a roommate for the duration of the academic year (which ends at the conclusion of the spring academic quarter). The second set of furniture provided in the student bedroom is not removed for a single room buy out.
