Datura stramonium, also known as Jimsonweed, is a plant of the Solanaceae family which contains tropane alkaloids (atropine and scopolamine). These are anticholinergic chemicals which can cause delirium, tachycardia, and death in high enough doses. The seeds of this plant contain the highest concentration of these toxins.

Jungle Juice: Alkyl nitrites (amyl nitrite and butyl nitrite) are inhalants used recreationally for its euphoric properties. The bottle contains an ampule that is "popped" off, releasing gas which is then inhaled intranasally, hence the street name "poppers." Inhalation causes cerebral vasodilation (the "rush"), peripheral vasodilation, nausea, headache and syncope. Use of alkyl nitrites can also lead to methemoglobinemia.
