What It's Like to Be an International Student at Drexel

Drexel University is a renowned R1 research institution and leader in experiential learning. Studying at Drexel means you'll have the flexibility to pursue a wide variety of academic interests and combine it with up to 18 months of real-world experience in the profession you're considering through our cooperative education program (known as Drexel Co-op). Located in Philadelphia, PA — the birthplace of the country and the first and only U.S. World Heritage City — there’s so much to explore in this thriving city for education, culture, and history.

If you think you could benefit from additional English language preparation before starting your degree, consider Drexel's International Gateway program. Housed in Drexel's English Language Center, this conditional admission program is designed for international students who would like more English language preparation before transferring directly into their undergraduate major at Drexel.
