Chemical Engineering
The graduate and doctorate program in chemical and biological engineering integrates chemical engineering science with the growing fields of engineering applications and processes with an emphasis on engineering design and scientific analysis. Students are broadly educated in modern theories and tools, as well as the behavior of engineering systems in order to be empowered to strive for solutions to problems to complex issues, especially those in the fields of chemical, environmental, biochemical, and materials process engineering. Areas of study include biological engineering, computational engineering, energy, environment and sustainability, polymers, and pharmaceuticals, or student can take an engineering management study track. The graduate co-op is available in the Master of Science program.
