Drexel Food Camp
Drexel Food Camp is a three-day, non-residential program designed to expose talented and motivated high school students to the Culinary Arts and Sciences and Hospitality Management programs at Drexel University.
Students entering either their junior or senior year will explore all aspects of the food world with an emphasis on food preparation and culinary science. Classes are taught by prominent Drexel faculty in our kitchens and classrooms on Drexel’s campus. Students will experience lectures, hands-on collaborative projects, and field trips.
