Drexel Food Camp is a three-day, non-residential program designed to expose talented and motivated high school students to the Culinary Arts and Sciences and Hospitality Management programs at Drexel University.
Students explore all facets of food from culinary arts, to science, hospitality and business, sustainability, food systems and more. Classes are taught by prominent Drexel faculty in our kitchens and classrooms on the main Drexel campus. Students will experience lectures, hands-on collaborative projects, field trips and presentations from distinguished professionals.
The next Food Camp will be held from July 13-15, 2020 and the cost is $500. For more information, please contact Mike Traud at email@example.com.
