Employees requesting a wage tax refund must follow the steps outlined on the Philadelphia Tax Center website. The requests can be submitted online or by submitting form using the postal service.

If your petition requires you to submit information completed by Drexel Payroll, please submit that request to payroll@drexel.edu using the email subject: "Philadelphia Wage Tax Refund Support Request." Please allow five to seven business days for the Payroll Office to reply to your request.
