The Employee Relations section of Human Resources acts as a resource on a full spectrum of HR matters, such as talent acquisition, management practices and development, performance management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, policies and procedures and coaching and counseling. We are dedicated to the enhancement of a quality working environment for employees by encouraging positive communication between employees and managers.
We provide strategic and tactical Human Resources management and support to academic and administrative organizations. We introduce and implement strategic and operational people solutions for internal clients that help the organization achieve its objectives. We work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to translate the organization’s requirements into solutions in collaboration with appropriate internal consulting function (e.g. Compensation, Learning & Development and Benefits).
