We are excited to announce that HOP’s Anti-Racism Committee will be partnering with Students Against Racism (StAR) and the Women’s Health Education Program (WHEP) to host Dr. Christina Jackson, an urban sociologist and scholar-activist, for a speaking event/Q&A.

Dr. Jackson will be giving a talk titled “Gentrification and the Disruption of the Neighborhood Ecosystem”, where she will be discussing her work and the impact of gentrification on residents’ physical and mental wellbeing.

This event is open to all Drexel students but space is limited to 300 participants.
