Calling for emergency responders can be overwhelming when you don’t know what to expect or the reason why you may be asked many questions. This session will give you the opportunity to learn from our dispatchers more about the four W’s: Where, When, Who and What and why we need to ask these important questions when you’re experiencing or reporting an emergency.
