• You should have already completed your E-Forms for your Defense (which lists your committee and scheduled date) at least 4 weeks before your final defense, and sent your abstract and title to the PhD Program Manager.

• You and your Committee will sign off on E-Forms.
• You will upload your dissertation to the Library and request approvals through E-Forms.
• Please complete the Graduate College Exit Survey in E-Forms.

The Science, Mathematics And Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship for Service Program has been established by the Department of Defense (DoD) to support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
