A Simple Guide

Housing applications are available via DrexelOne after you have confirmed your enrollment and submitted your $200 housing deposit if applicable.

Housing Agreement

This mandatory step will give you an opportunity to complete a lifestyle questionnaire and sharing housing preferences with your future potential roommate(s), even if you already have a preferred roommate.

Room Self-Selection

If you are a first-year student entering in the fall term, or a returning student, and submit your application by the appropriate deadline, you will have the option to participate in Room Self-Selection. If you do not select your room through Self-Selection, you will be assigned a room by Housing and Residence Life.

Roommate Matching

If you are a first-year student entering in the fall term, or a returning student, you will have the option to participate in roommate matching, where you can opt to identify a roommate(s) using the lifestyle questionnaire. However, you can also indicate roommates you already know and wish to live with in the housing application.
