How to Apply for Housing

The following information is applicable for transfer students.

The $200 Housing Deposit is currently waived for Transfer students to apply for the 2024-25 academic year.

Apply for Housing

Submit a Housing Application on DrexelOne in order to live on campus in a University Residence Hall.

Step 1: Submit the $200 Housing Deposit

To submit the deposit:

  • Visit DrexelOne
  • Select the Billing + Financial Aid tab
  • Select the eBills link
  • Select the Deposits tab
  • Select the term for which you applying for housing (Students starting in the winter, spring, or summer quarter should select "fall" when making a housing deposit.)
  • Follow prompts to submit your payment

Students participating in the exchange program are not required to pay a housing deposit to access the housing application.  

Step 2: Complete the Housing Application

It may take up to 24-hours after your deposit is submitted for the housing application to become available.

To access the housing application:

  • Visit DrexelOne
  • Select the Campus + Community tab
  • Select the Housing link
  • Select the link for your desired housing application

Complete all steps in the housing application and select "submit" on the last page. You will receive a confirmation email once your completed application is submitted, sent to your official Drexel email account.

Transfer students with completed applications will be administratively assigned in mid-July. Once assigned, you will receive an email to your Drexel email account with your room assignment and roommate information.
