Rates and Fees:

- $200 Housing Deposit.
- Rental fee, charged by term to your Drexel eBill.
- Parking is an additional fee. Drexel-affiliated parking options are offered through Drexel Parking Services.
Lexington Graduate Apartments at 3601-03 Powelton Avenue

Lexington apartments are conveniently located near Drexel’s Health Sciences Building and the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. Situated on Powelton Avenue in University City, residents enjoy walking to campus restaurants and coffee shops. Located on the Dragon Route, Lexington residents have quick access to the south end of campus.

Hillcrest apartments are located in the heart of Drexel’s residential campus in University City, within walking distance of academic buildings, libraries, and public transportation.

Drexel Housing and Residence Life manages the assignment and billing processes for the Lexington and Hillcrest Academic Properties, Inc. (API), a subsidiary of Drexel University. The Lexington and Hillcrest buildings are owned and managed by API. As such, residents must submit all maintenance requests, whether non-emergency, routine, or emergency, by calling 215.662.1500, which is monitored 24/7.
