Graduate Housing

Dive Deeper Into Your Drexel Experience

While graduate students at Drexel enjoy the flexibility of choosing where they'd like to live and commute to campus, choosing to live in a Drexel Residence Hall with the support of Housing and Residence Life provides a supportive on-campus environment that takes into consideration the privacy and independence that post-baccalaureate students need.

Residential Living at Caneris Hall

Caneris Hall is available to all undergraduate (second-year and beyond), graduate, and post-baccalaureate students. Conveniently located on the University City Campus, Caneris Hall offers 4- and 6-person occupancy room suites located minutes away from your classroom and lab. Graduate housing applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; however, space is limited, so it is recommended that students apply for housing as soon as they confirm their enrollment.

Choosing To Live Off Campus?

There are many off-campus housing options at Drexel. In particular, American Campus Communities (ACC) — one of the nation's largest developers of student housing communities — owns, manages, and operates three facilities available through Drexel's affiliated housing: Chestnut Square, The Summit, and University Crossings. Your housing options are endless as a graduate student at Drexel!
