Apartment Amenities:
- Private Bedroom: Students contract by bedroom, not apartment. Drexel Housing and Residence Life will provide assignments in July.
- Hillcrest Graduate Apartments, 3410 Powelton Avenue, and 65 N. 34th Street will be furnished with a full XL-sized bed.
- Lexington Graduate Apartments will be furnished with a twin XL-sized bed.
- Private Bathrooms: Each apartment has a private bathroom with either a shower, a tub, or a shower/tub combination, and storage space for your toiletries.
- Fully equipped Kitchens: Each apartment's kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, and cabinetry for storage. The eat-in kitchen design provides a cozy space for meals and gatherings.
- Utilities Included (no additional fees): water, heat/air conditioning, and trash removal.
Community Amenities:
- Each property has laundry facilities
- Access is 24-hour controlled
- On-site Maintenance; management offices are located on the ground floor
- Access to Public Transportation and located on the Route
Rates and Fees:
- Rates are charged to the student’s eBill by term. View housing rates on Drexel Central’s Housing and Dining Costs page, Under “Graduate Housing.”
- $200 Housing Deposit.
- Rental fee, charged by term to your Drexel eBill.
- Parking is an additional fee. Drexel-affiliated parking options are offered through Drexel Parking Services.
Internet Access Information:
- Lexington Graduate Apartments: Complimentary high-speed internet is provided with DragonFly3 Wi-Fi included in your stay.
- Hillcrest Graduate Apartments, 3410 Powelton Avenue, and 65 N. 34th Street: Wireless internet is not provided. Residents are responsible for setting up their own internet service.

Drexel Housing and Residence Life manages the assignment and billing processes for the Lexington and Hillcrest Academic Properties, Inc. (API), a subsidiary of Drexel University. The Lexington and Hillcrest buildings are owned and managed by API. As such, residents must submit all maintenance requests, whether non-emergency, routine, or emergency, by calling 215.662.1500, which is monitored 24/7.
