The Leaders Forum is a unique opportunity for fellows and their institutional leaders to discuss the wide range of organizational change initiatives addressed during the fellowship year.

The 2025 Leaders Forum was held Wednesday, April 30, at the W Hotel, 1439 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia. Programming ran from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The general agenda included a leaders breakfast, welcome symposium and keynote speaker, lunch with fellows, Institutional Action Project (IAP) presentations and closing dinner with a keynote speaker.
