Regional Courses are available free of charge to providers affiliated with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) or the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). Before your Regional Course registration is approved for tuition-paid attendance, we must verify your program affiliation with the PA DPW or OMHSAS. If your organization does not have a program affiliation with one of the organizations mentioned, you can attend Regional Courses for a fee of $100 per course.
You will not be allowed to register for a course that has a fee attached without a credit card payment at the time of checkout. If you have questions about a payment for your registration, please call our office at 877.243.3033.
No. You cannot cancel any existing registration through our website. You must call our office and have someone cancel your registration for you, or send an email to bheweb@drexelmed.edu.
If you request a second certificate there will be an additional charge of $35.
All certificates will be emailed to you within two weeks of your completion of the training.
After you log in to your account, on the left-hand side there are some menu options. One of them is the History button. Click on History to see all the courses you have previously attended and completed.
For possible weather cancellations, please call our toll-free line at 877.243.3033 after 6:30 a.m. the day of the training to determine whether the course is canceled. If a decision is made to cancel the training prior to the morning of the course, you will either receive a phone call or an email.
