Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

Drexel University's status as a not-for-profit organization gives qualifying employees the opportunity to have a portion of their direct student loan debt forgiven through the U.S. Department of Education's Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, given that certain stipulations are met. Drexel's Human Resources department assists employees with completing their certification forms, which are then submitted to the U.S. Department of Education.

If you are a current or past Drexel employee and would like to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, you can send your Application For Forgiveness or Employer Certification Form (with page 1 already completed, signed, and dated) via email to hr@drexel.edu, via fax to 215.895.5813, or you may drop off your completed form to the Human Resources office (located at 3201 Arch Street, Suite 430).
