Physical fitness, nutrition, and well-being are key components of health. From yoga to swim lessons to sports, Drexel offers many opportunities and resources to engage your mind and body through physical activity and wellness programming.
Drexel’s Recreation Center is a state-of-the-art fitness facility, offering exercise and strength training equipment; a pool, track, and multipurpose gym; and facilities for other activities like aerobics, squash, and climbing. Many wellness and exercise programs also take place at the Recreation Center.

Other facilities include the Daskalakis Athletic Center, hosting indoor varsity sports and a variety of fitness facilities; Buckley Recreational Field and Buckley Green for outdoor sports including soccer and beach volleyball; two free-play tennis courts; and of course the Vidas Athletic Complex, home to Drexel outdoor varsity sports.

INTRAMURAL & CLUB SPORTS
Sports are a great way to be active, social, and hone your skills. A wide variety of Drexel intramural sports offer the chance to compete in leagues or tournaments between teams of Drexel community members. Student-run club sports are an opportunity to be part of a more focused group that may compete against other institutions.
