How to Become the Architect of Your Own Happiness

Do you want to be the architect of your own happiness? In fact, almost everyone, including the Drexel community of students, faculty, and professional staff, are trying to balance their lives and has become concerned with overseeing their own well-being including physical, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual. In this workshop, we will discuss the meaning of happiness including managing your own happiness, dialing in on personal optimism, the need for a social support system, and managing failure. There will be time for Q&A.

Dr. Eric A. Zillmer, is the Carl R. Pacifico Professor of Neuropsychology and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Drexel University. He is the Director of the Happiness Lab, a think tank that investigates the meaning of happiness, and its place in culture and society, in order to transform lives, communities, and environments.
