Submit an Event
Only events that are organized by, sponsored by or co-sponsored by Drexel University entities (i.e. departments, centers, colleges and/ or officially sanctioned student organizations) are publicized on the University Events Calendar. Drexel does not accept event submissions from outside organizations that are not affiliated with or supported by Drexel University. University Communications reserves the right to reject events hosted by a non-Drexel affiliated organization that may include participation by members of the Drexel community.
If your event is hosted by a non-Drexel organization, consider submitting it to the student-run newspaper The Triangle, University City District and/ or PhillyFunGuide.
We reserve the right to approve, reject or make special considerations for any event submitted to the calendar.
Events Submission FAQ
Events from external sources may be accepted if they have a clear connection to Drexel. (Simply being available to students is not sufficient.) If there is not an appropriate department for submission at this time, select "University Communications".
Departments may request a category for their events and have key staff trained in how to use the calendar system to manage their category. With a category for your department, you'll be able show your events on your website, allow readers to subscribe to your events, and more.

- Do not attach images that might be offensive, inappropriate or in violation of applicable copyright laws.
- Image specifications:
- Maximum File Size: 80 kB
- File Type: .jpg (.jpeg) is preferred
- Orientation: Portrait (longer height than width)
Event Submission Forms
Select Campus Activities if you are submitting on behalf of a student organization.
Select Provost if you are submitting on behalf of a College, School or other academic department.
Select University Communications if you are external or unsure which department to choose.
