Hill and Speitel are conference rooms that can be reserved for meetings, lunches or small events during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. The rooms are free to use for all College of Engineering faculty, staff and student organizations. NOTE: For individuals and groups outside of the College of Engineering, there is a $200 charge for using the conference rooms.
In Hill, all food items must be contained in reception area. Room must be left in its original condition and tables returned to their original positions. All debris must be picked up and cleaned before vacating the conference room.

Hill Conference Room
- Location: LeBow Engineering Center, Room 240
- Address: 31st and Market Streets
- Room Capacity: 45-50
- Audio/Visual Capabilities: a 5000 lumen laser-source projector, an in-ceiling sound system, a Solstice Pod, podium PC, and microphone
Speitel Conference Room
- Location: LeBow Engineering Center, Room 231
- Address: 31st and Market Streets
- Room Capacity: 12-15
- Audio/Visual Capabilities: a large screen TV, a Solstice Pod, and a Meeting Owl 360° webcam. Laptops may be plugged in directly via HDMI, MiniDP, or VGA connections.
- Hill and Speitel are not available to be reserved on weekends.
- NOTE: Speitel conference room is not available for events at this time except with permission from the Dean.
