The School of Engineering partners with colleges and universities to design
programs to fit many needs – undergraduate transfer, early admission,
dual-degree and accelerated master’s programs. We work with schools near
Drexel University in Philadelphia and all over the world.
The school also works closely with corporate and industry partners
designing specialized graduate certificate programs to fill a knowledge gap
or to provide up-to-the-minute technical training. Some current partners
include Baltimore Gas and Electric (BG&E), Lockheed Martin and the
Naval Air Warfare Center. For industry partners please visit our
Industrial Academic Partnership page.
Domestic Engineering Education Partners
Drexel Engineering works with local universities for transfer, early admission, and accelerated BS/MS degree programs. These programs allow bachelor and master students in partner schools to have a seamless transfer of credits or apply early for a master’s degree.
Current Undergraduate Engineering partners:
Dual Admissions Programs
Drexel understands that there are many pathways to an education, which is why we have developed partnerships with community colleges and four-year schools to offer flexible options. With the goal of providing students with a seamless transfer to Drexel University, the Dual Admissions program is available to students in select colleges and majors.
- Dual Admission Transfer Agreements with Two-Year Colleges:
Advising is required at the two-year college and Drexel University in order to approve each transfer student application. Please use the Sample Plans of Study below as a guide for suggested coursework for articulation agreements with Drexel University. In addition, a Drexel University Advisor can work with each student to incorporate one or more co-op experiences. For more information and options, please contact coe.outreach@drexel.edu.
- Dual Admission Transfer Agreements with Non-Two-Year Universities:
Advising is required at both the non-two-year university and Drexel University in order to approve each transfer student application. Please use the Sample Plans of Study below as a guide for suggested coursework for articulation agreements with Drexel University.
- Arcadia University
Arcadia has partnered with Drexel School of Engineering for a unique 3+3 engineering program. Spend three years at Arcadia in foundational studies, then three years at Drexel in advanced engineering coursework. Students will graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Arcadia University and a bachelor’s degree from Drexel’s School of Engineering. Specific curricular pathways vary. Interested students should consult with Arcadia University’s Pre-engineering advisor for individualized guidance.
- Neumann University
Neumann University has partnered with Drexel University School of Engineering to offer students the ability to obtain a BS in Mathematics as well as a BS in Engineering.
Current Master's Degree programs:
