Design of a Power Generation System in Haiti
This project involves working with a community in Haiti in order to provide access to electricity. The project will begin with a community needs assessment to define the power generation needs of the community, the available resources for power generation, and the local capacity for design and long-term maintenance. The project team will work with local stakeholders to evaluate alternative designs based on technical, economic, sustainability and community-defined criteria. The project team will develop both a full-scale and a prototype design.
