At Drexel Engineering, we believe that diversity, equity and inclusion are essential for excellence in engineering education and innovation. Our vision is for every member of the Drexel Engineering community to have the opportunity to achieve their academic and professional goals and innovate in an environment where they feel respected and that they belong, regardless of background. We have student organizations and programs dedicated to supporting traditionally underrepresented students and promoting cross-cultural understanding.

Drexel Engineering has a longstanding commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through a plethora of outreach programs, discussions, and experiences, we provide the foundational framework to support our historically marginalized communities. However, we recognize there is still work to be done. Our recruitment strategies must be redefined to include students, faculty, and staff from various backgrounds, disciplines, and perspectives.
