Activities and Student Organizations
Our students have the advantage of learning within an environment that embraces the best of all worlds — at Drexel, you'll find the feeling of closeness and camaraderie you'd expect from a traditional campus experience, yet still be located in the heart of one of America's largest and most exciting cities.
This is a place that will inspire you to explore your interests and discover what drives you as an individual. There's no one type of Drexel student, and the activities and opportunities that comprise the University's student life reflect the diversity, individuality, and uniqueness of our Dragon community. Here, there's something (or probably two or three "somethings") for everyone.
Student Organizations
Student Life recognizes more than 300 student clubs and organizations. Can't find one that meets your individual interest? We'll help you start your own!
Greek Life
The chapters that comprise Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) pride themselves on excellence and dedication to leadership, academics, and service to the community while making lifelong friendships and connections to Drexel.
Diversity and Inclusion
Our University is committed to building an inclusive and supportive community that ensures all Dragons feel welcome and celebrated throughout their time here. We host a number of resources that promote an environment of equality, fairness, and mutual respect across our University community, including the Student Center for Diversity and Inclusion (SCDI), which develops and implements a wide range of multicultural and social justice education and training opportunities, and our Center for Inclusive Education and Scholarship (CIES), which works to further support the academic experience of traditionally underrepresented and underserved student populations. Also, our Center for Black Culture (CBC) serves as a hub of information, activity, and community for Black students, faculty, staff, and alumni, along with other individuals who want to gain a greater understanding of the Black experience and support a welcoming and wholly inclusive campus environment.
Academic-Enhancing Activities
Drexel provides a wide variety of opportunities to follow your intellectual curiosity and enhance your academic scope through programs and co-curricular events offered by the Pennoni Honors College. From the Pennoni Panels and the Civil Discourse to the Smart Set and the Pop, the Question Podcast, Pennoni encourages all students to ask questions and explore new ways to grow as academics, professionals, and individuals.
