About Me

My love for Philadelphia and passion for learning brought me to Drexel and I feel very fortunate to help students navigate such an exciting time in life. In college, I majored in history and Spanish, studied abroad, taught ESL (English as a Second Language), and participated in Greek life. Now, I spend time outside of work reading, keeping up with my favorite soccer team, and enjoying everything Philadelphia has to offer – from the food to the art.

Favorites

Place on Campus:

The biowall in the Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building is breathtaking (which is ironic, considering it's actually making it easier to breathe!).

Restaurant/Food Truck:

I'm a big fan of the many great bagel shops across the city, but I would have to say Knead Bagels off of Washington Square or Vanilya Bakery on Passyunk Avenue are the best — both great spots for weekend pilgrimages!

Philadelphia Landmark/Location:

Schuylkill River Park is a spectacular spot just across the river in Fitler Square. It has basketball and tennis courts, pedestrian pathways, grassy space to have picnics on, and (my personal favorite) two dog parks with conveniently located spectating spots.
