Steinbright Career Development Center

As one of the largest and most respected career service teams of its kind in the country, the Steinbright's professional staff members work to build meaningful connections between students, employers, the University community, and the world.

Steinbright is focused on preparing, guiding, and empowering our Dragons to develop their professional skills, helping them to construct successful career trajectories, and connecting them with potential employers. The Center facilitates Drexel's signature cooperative education program, which allows students to integrate professional work experiences with leading companies and organizations into their academic schedule and enables them to actively test-drive potential career paths within modern workplaces. They also provide essential services and resources to ensure students remain on track to meet their professional goals, including one-on-one career and educational counseling sessions, career exploration and job search assistance, and personalized assistance ranging from career-focused personality assessments and résumé reviews to pre-health and pre-law advising. Steinbright also serves as the primary gateway to the University's expansive global network of employers and industry leaders, providing invaluable connection points such as our annual career fairs; Handshake, an expansive job search tool that allows our Dragons to access open position listings from around the world; on-campus information sessions and guest panel discussions; and more. The Center even helps to connect students to partners working to explore new business innovations through the Drexel Solutions Institute (DSI) .
