Haiti: Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Designation

On May 21, 2021, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designated Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) starting May 21st for 18 months. Haitian nationals who are already residing in the U.S., at the time of this announcement, are eligible for the TPS benefit.
