Application Requirements

All information below must be submitted on the InfoReady portal by Monday, October 21, 2024, 11:59 p.m. If you have any questions about the InfoReady site, please contact Caitlin Curcio (com.fafd@drexel.edu).

1. Commit to attend four program sessions in their entirety and complete required coursework (see application for specific dates).

2. A current curriculum vitae. DUCOM CV format (download sample) is recommended but not required.

3. A 500-word Faculty Leadership Impact Project (FLIP) proposal (What is a FLIP?).

4. A letter of recommendation from your department chair/regional dean.

5. A personal statement (no more than 3 pages) that includes:

• A summary of previous leadership training, if any
• A description of the range of your responsibilities in your current position, including those activities, operations or functions for which you are directly responsible
• A description of your 3-5 year professional and career goals
• A brief statement about how you think Faculty Launch will help you to achieve your professional goals
• A brief statement about what you view as the single most important challenge your institution presents to you in doing your job
