In a University Not So Far Away...

I came to Drexel as a third year with not much interest in club activities, but I scrolled through the University's DragonLink just in case. There, I came across Dragon Jedi, a lightsaber choreography club.

This club has given me skills to put on a résumé, and that's the last thing I expected when I joined a Star Wars club!

Let me tell you, this club has been the best thing I've ever been a part of. It may seem silly, but I have built my friend group, I found roommates, and I became Vice President! This club has taught me how to use Photoshop, how to sew, how to solder, even beyond learning how to choreograph.

But beyond those, I learned what it means to be responsible for people. I have learned social media management, event planning skills, leadership skills, teaching skills...this club has given me skills to put on a résumé, and that's the last thing I expected when I joined a Star Wars club!
