Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to enroll in the benefits plan on the first of the month following your date of hire. For more information, visit our

How do I get onto payroll?
Before your start date, you should have completed New Employee Paperwork, biographical information, tax forms, Form I-9 (Employee Eligibility Verification Form) and direct deposit information. You should have received the paperwork in an onboarding email from Drexel Human Resources.

Where do I pick up my DragonCard?
Once you have filled out your paperwork and your account information has been entered into the Banner system, you can visit the DragonCard Office to get your DragonCard (your Drexel/DUCOM ID). For instructions, go to the DragonCard website.

Yes. There are several Drexel University-owned parking lots around campus. Visit the Parking Services webpage for available parking lots and other parking information.
There aren't any Drexel University-owned parking lots on the Center City campus. Visitors can park in the Philadelphia Gateway Parking Garage at 15th & Vine Sts.
How do I view my address, benefits, vacation, or other personnel information?
Once your information has been entered into the Banner system and you have a user id and password, you can sign in to
Drexel One to view and access your personnel information.
How do I use VPN for remote access?
When working remotely, you will need to use VPN to access network files, etc. safely. See the IT page about VPN for more information.
How do I access Career Pathway?
You will use Career Pathway for your professional development needs, along with performance, and required courses. The Career Pathway page provides instructions for access.
How do I access DrexelOne?
How do I access Drexel’s shuttle service?
Drexel provides shuttle service between campuses and athletic fields. To access shuttle schedules, check out the Real Estate and Facilities website. Please note: A DragonCard is required to board a Drexel shuttle.
