Earn $100 — Schedule Your Onsite Biometric Health Screening Today
As part of the 2022 Wellness Incentive Program, Drexel Human Resources is hosting an onsite health screening on Wednesday, March 23, in Behrakis Grand Hall (Creese Student Center, 32nd and Chestnut streets). Employees and participating spouses/domestic partners who wish to attend must schedule an appointment for this onsite screening.
To schedule your appointment, log in to your individual wellness incentive portal at members.healthadvocate.com and click “Complete Your Health Screening” from the “To Do” list. Then select “Schedule” under “Attend an Onsite Health Screening Event.” Space is limited, so register today!
Why Attend a Health Screening?
This screening will identify your numbers for non-fasting cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), blood glucose and blood pressure, which can help you get started with a baseline measurement of your overall health. You and your partner are each eligible to earn $100 for attending the screening — that’s $200 just for knowing your numbers! As an added bonus, a health educator will be available onsite to help interpret your results.
You do not need to fast in order to participate in this screening; it will record your non-fasting cholesterol and blood glucose levels. Please note that completion of a Personal Health Profile is required for both you and your spouse/partner before you can begin receiving payouts in your check.
What If We Can’t Attend the Onsite Screening?
If you or your spouse/partner are not able to attend this onsite screening, you have the option to complete your screening using either a Lab Voucher or a Physician Form, both found on your “To Do” list under “Complete Your Health Screening” or under the “Biometrics” section within the Well-Being tab in the Health Advocate portal.
You can download the Physician Form and take it to your physician during a routine visit, or you can download the Lab Voucher and take it to a LabCorp location listed in the portal search tool.
