From Design to Defect: Litigating Product Liability Cases

David L. Kwass and Michael Zettlemoyer, two impressive and accomplished attorneys from Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky, will visit the law school to discuss the world of products liability, a type of law in which plaintiffs can hold corporations accountable for harm caused by faulty products. To guide this conversation, Mr. Kwass and Mr. Zettlemoyer will walk students through a products liability case they are currently litigating, giving students the incredible opportunity to step into the shoes of plaintiff attorneys litigating real-world cases.
