Join the Graduate College and cosponsor, the Graduate Student Association (GSA), for the next Coffee Hour Seminar Series workshop on "Preventing Escalation with Conflict Resolution Skills" Friday, November 9th 12-1:30pm in the Graduate Student Lounge on the lower level of the Main Building (3141 Chestnut Street).

The workshop help graduate students:

  • Identify sources of conflict
  • Reframe negative pre-conceptions of conflict and confrontation
  • Develop skills for confronting conflict directly
  • Understand the role of conflict coaching and mediation and identify related resources
  • Work through common scenarios Identify sources of conflict

The workshop will be webcast live and recorded for later viewing via YouTube.

Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
