The Mechanical Materials Laboratory is used for experiments supporting MET 101 Manufacturing Materials and MET 213 Applied Mechanics courses. Laboratory includes industrial testing procedures and experiments. Students learn a variety of materials for manufacturing processes including Tensile Test, Bending Test, Torsion Test, Strain Gage Test with Coke Cans, Hardness Test, Heat Treatment and Hardness, and Piezo-Electric Ceramics Material Testing.
