Ms. Andrea Davis is the Senior Project Manager for the FIRST Center at the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the FIRST Center, including all research operations, and serves as the qualitative expert on the team.

Ms. Victoria Gallogly is the Outreach and Communications Coordinator for the FIRST Center. She manages and updates the FIRST Center's website, social media, and press, and also assists with day-to-day research activities at the FIRST Center.
Education & Training Coordinator
Ms. Alexandra Fisher is the Education & Training Coordinator for the FIRST Center. She leads many of the outreach and communications efforts with departments participating in the FOCUS survey and the RAPID assessment. She also contributes to curriculum development and the evaluation processes at the FIRST Center.
Ms. Ashley Geczik is a PhD student at the FIRST Center. She has contributed to qualitative research focusing on the mental health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and a quantitative descriptive epidemiology project for the FOCUS survey.
Mr. Liam Romond is an MPH student at the FIRST Center. He will be identifying and evaluating the existing de-escalation and violence prevention courses for EMS responders as part of the FIRST Center's violence prevention curriculum contract with the IAFF.
Ms. Madison Raposa is a PhD student at the FIRST Center. She has contributed to the development of a violence prevention curriculum for fire-based EMS responders.
