Meet the Author: Brittney Snider

I dual majored in public relations and radio/TV/film, spending most of my postgraduate years in the spotlight. I had the opportunity to interview celebrities and public figures before deciding I wanted to support my community in another way. Armed with my communications experience and the passion to serve the community instilled in me by my sorority, I became a public relations coordinator for a local organization supporting middle to high school students. I realized how much I enjoy working with youth for college preparation.

Thus my journey into higher education, finding my place at Drexel in 2015. I am a senior admissions counselor managing the territories of Long Island, NY and Los Angeles, CA. I enjoy that the character of each place is as unique as the coasts!

On our admissions team, I work with diversity and inclusion initiatives, communications and marketing, on-boarding my fellow colleagues, the Liberty Scholars (which provides me an opportunity to mentor) and Summer Institute programming.

I love the luck of elephants but adore the ambition of our Dragons.
