About Me

I am a native of the Philadelphia suburbs and have grown up visiting University City by way of SEPTA. After graduating from school in upstate New York, I worked for a year in the south of Spain, where I learned how much I missed being in higher education. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and swimming, bingeing TV shows, and exploring new towns and urban environments.

What advice would you give to a high school student?

Remember to take a second and breathe while working on the college application process. Visit college campuses, and don't be afraid to reach out to admissions counselors or even professors at the school! We want to help answer any questions you have and help you choose the college that's the right fit for you.

Favorites

Place on Campus:

I am a big fan of the biowall in the Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building. Not only does Drexel have a biodiverse vertical garden inside of an academic building, but the air inside the building is super clean because of the biowall.

Restaurant/Food Truck:

I have to recommend the Dos Hermanos truck if you want good tacos, but there are a ton of fun restaurants to try around Drexel and down by City Hall! I recommend Dear Daphne for nice group dinners, since everything is to share!

Philadelphia Landmark/Location:

While I love all of the art museums you can visit throughout Philadelphia, one of my favorite aspects of the city is how much public art we have! From murals to sculptures to unique interactive pieces, Philadelphia is a city of art that anyone can see at any time!
