About Me

I’m originally from Berks County, but I currently reside in West Philadelphia. While living in Philadelphia, I have been able to receive two master’s degrees, focusing on the field of education. My passion is assisting those to pursue and continue advancement in their education. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, and trying new restaurants within the city.

What advice would you give to a student considering grad school?

Know your course catalog! Download it and be aware of what classes you need to take to be able to graduate on time. Also, establish meaningful relationships with either your advisor, professors, mentors, etc. You will need assistance and support throughout your educational career.

Favorites

Place on Campus:

I enjoy Gerri C. LeBow Hall, the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business’ building. It’s a wonderful spot to grab a coffee from Starbucks. There are also plenty of open, quiet spaces, if you need time to clear your head and grab a drink.

Restaurant/Food Truck:

Landmark Americana (located on Market Street) always has discounts for students. I favor their appetizers and brunch menu.

Philadelphia Landmark/Location:

There’s so much rich history located in Philadelphia! You have to check out the Parkway, the Constitution Center, the Liberty Bell, and the Benjamin Franklin Printing House.
