University Marketing & Communications will schedule a meeting with key stakeholders from your organization as well as representatives from the IT Web Integrations team to finalize details and establish an initial project timeline.Project Kick-off Meeting Agenda

 - Review approved designs and assess development requirements
 - Establish the initial project timeline including
    
- Creating the site skeleton in Sitecore
 - Moving and editing existing content
 - Implementing approved designs for homepage and custom section pages
 - Adding and Editing Content
 - Content freeze and pre-launch QA and final review
 
 
*Once the project timeline has been established additional requests or changes to design or development specifications will result in a change to the project completion date.
